Revised Student Aid Index (SAI) Requirement for 2024 Scholarships

After much discussion, the trustees of Rossmoor Scholarship Foundation voted to not require the Student Aid Index (SAI) that is calculated from either the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application (CADAA).  This exception applies only for Rossmoor Scholarships awarded in 2024.

Scholarship applicants are still encouraged to email their SAI scores to fss@rsf1965.org by April 1 but if they do not, they will not be penalized and will be fully considered for a Rossmoor scholarship.

Scholarship applicants will be notified no later than the middle of April as to whether or not they are scholarship recipients.
