Career Technical Education (CTE) Application
The application for this limited pilot program must be submitted through this website using a three-step process. Because only a limited number of applications will be accepted, you are encouraged to begin as early as possible. Only the first ten qualified and fully completed applications will be considered for a scholarship award.
Step 1:
Click on the button below to download a PDF version of the online application
form. This document outlines all the information you will need to prepare and have ready to submit with your application. It includes personal information, experience, interests, and a list of documents you must prepare before submitting your application. This sample form is provided to help you understand what information is required and in what format, so you can successfully complete the application.​​
Step 2:
Prepare and have available ALL the documents that you are required to upload for your application:

Draft copies of all the required short statements so that you can copy and paste them or type them directly into the online form.

Your photo should be a head/shoulder shot; photo size approximately 2 MB; good clarity; and saved as a JPEG or PNG. Here are a couple of good examples.

The SAI number is on the second page of your FAFSA document or the first page of your CADAA document and you only need to upload the first 2 pages of the appropriate document in the required file type.
Step 3:
Once you have prepared and have available all of these documents, you can click the button below to open the form, fill in all the information requested and submit your application.
Once you open the form, you must COMPLETE THE ENTIRE APPLICATION and upload all of the required documents before you select “SUBMIT.” If you stop before completing the form, close the form page and open the form page later, you will need to start again from the beginning of the form.
You will not be able to return to the application form to change anything AFTER SUBMITTING the completed form.​​
